The location is fine. The front desk guy was rude; there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers, and the minimum help was lacking. I had to order an Uber for supplies, and when I met the lobby staff, the front desk guy was lounging on his phone, uninterested when I asked if anyone had come for a delivery. It’s a decent place, but the work ethic inside and out is lazy. I would have stayed elsewhere.

The hotel was very overpriced. The pool was inadequate, the jacuzzi was broken, the air conditioner barely worked, and the room didn’t match expectations. The staff were unhelpful, making it a very disappointing stay.

The place is in a decent spot and you can leave easily, and the housekeeping team was kind and diligent. But the hotel itself is a mess, barely kept together, and there’s almost no staff around. The restaurant across the street is boarded up and abandoned. For what we paid, it felt like a robbery!

The hotel, however, lacks a proper lobby for socialising; it’s tucked into a parking garage and feels poorly arranged. It’s right next to the train tracks, which wasn’t mentioned in the description, and the noise runs from 7 am to midnight. The complimentary breakfast was in a pool‑house room, oddly placed instead of inside the main building. The property is pleasant overall but could use a refresh and upgrade.
