The only thing that worked was the comfy bed, but when I got to the place I couldn't check in because there was no reception; after calling the new owner I had to pay again (200€), the cleaning lady didn't speak basic English, and my room had no trash bin, which should be standard.

I can't say anything positive because we spent hours looking for the entrance and no one was reachable. In the end we had to book another hotel and still haven't received any response. There's no refund either. Absolute rip-off. I want my money back because we couldn't check in, nobody could be reached, and we ended up paying extra for a new room.

The price was unbeatable and the location is great, with bus stops just a few steps away. Much better than a hostel and not much noise. The room was clean but the bathrooms and showers were somewhat neglected; no toilet paper was provided and some bathrooms lacked hand soap. It was a bit uncomfortable going to the bathroom at night because the lights would turn off after a few seconds.

Self check‑in, a large room with 3 beds and fridges. Some toilets were dirty (even disgusting), the location was hard to find, there was no parking, the curtains were not dark enough for daylight sensitivity, and the noise came through.
