“Totul bine mic dejun perfect”
The price was good, but I wish there had been a bottle of water in the fridge.

Only the location was decent. I booked a family room, which was advertised as larger with a sofa, yet I ended up with a standard double bed room and was charged the higher family room rate—felt like cheating. There were no toiletries, so I had to buy soap at a nearby market. The toilet was dirty and old, and there was no Wi‑Fi, even though the reception had mentioned it during check‑in. A tiny round of toilet paper was provided, so I bought more from the market. The room was advertised as air‑conditioned, but there was no AC unit or duct; instead, an old table fan was present. It wasn’t cold, but the heater was completely broken and dangerous. Breakfast was just okay: half‑fried eggs were cold and messy, the coffee machine was off and took seven minutes to heat up, and no one seemed to restock the breakfast hall.

The value for money was good, it was in the city center, had a nice restaurant, was near activities, a pub, a park and gelaterias. The urban furniture was clean and the people were calm.

The staff were polite, but the building was in a state of abandonment – at the front door a cardboard panel was used instead of missing glass, the room was also old and neglected, a shower door was missing, the inside of the air conditioner was embarrassingly dirty, and the breakfast was only acceptable.

The spot is amazing; the hotel feels like a living piece of history, showcased right in the courtyard. I just can’t find anything to complain about.
