“THE PROPERTY WAS NOTHING LIKE IT WAS DESCRIBED -NO SERVICES AT ALL!”
The location was great, but we couldn’t stay there because none of the services were available. The hotel was still open, yet the pool, bar and restaurant were all shut down for renovations or repairs after the 2025 hurricane. We were never told about this – it was a complete surprise when we arrived. Manager Elvis did his best to relocate us to another property, but it wasn’t what we had booked. We were very disappointed. We now know we can’t rely on accurate information from this place!
