The hotel’s location was convenient, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. From the moment we were greeted by the reception team and all through our stay, the staff were so friendly and treated us like friends rather than just customers. The bar and dining staff were always smiling and delivered top‑class service. Even quick encounters with housekeeping in the hallways were met with smiles and greetings. The wonderful staff made our stay very pleasant, and we found no fault at all.

The hotel was in a good spot, a 20‑minute Uber ride from the airport and within walking distance of the marina and local restaurants. Our room was just above an electrical transformer that was so loud you could hear it even with the patio doors closed. We spoke to reception and they moved us to the next floor (room 204) which made very little difference. We were told the room we were allocated was ‘the only room they had for our cost’. We were not looking for an upgrade, just something less disturbing. Since it was only for one night we tolerated it, but if it had been mentioned at booking we would have chosen a different room. The hotel itself is nice, comfortable, clean and offers an excellent breakfast.
