The spot was perfect and everything was spotless—pool clean, quiet, and all the essentials were there. The only downside was the construction noise, with banging on wood and loud music starting at 7:00 am on Saturday and continuing all morning. I was also shocked to see a price list on the bed that charged guests for stained linens and towels; that felt excessive, as normal wear and tear should be included in the room rate instead of treated as a penalty.

This hotel has become our go‑to spot for Palm Springs trips; it’s lovely, quaint, charming, and secluded. The room we always choose is perfect and the bed is very comfortable. The staff—especially Alma and Valentina—are extremely accommodating. The location is great and within easy walking distance to downtown PS. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.
