The hotel is very quiet and calm, just outside the center of Sunny Beach.
The hotel is close to the beach and there are several reserved parking spots in front of the building; we got a spot around 14:00 upon arrival. The room in the annex wasn’t very modern, but it was enough for a short stay. We were at breakfast at 8:00 and had to wait until everything was set up; the selection was not very large. There was no shower basin and the drain was awkwardly placed, so after showering the bathroom was under water.

The “kitchen” in the apartment was basically a kettle and three plates for four people, far from what the listing promised – there was no stove, pots, or cutlery, so we couldn’t cook at all. When we raised the issue, the staff basically told us to leave if we didn’t like it and that the booking site would handle any refund later. The lift was tiny, only the bedroom had air‑conditioning, and the shower leaked water right into the middle of the bathroom.
