The restaurant was good, the room was very clean, and parking was free. Check‑in and check‑out were quick. On the flip side, the front desk staff didn’t know which rooms had balconies, and they insisted I provide an email address to send the bill even though my reservation already had one. Those hiccups were minor but could have been avoided.
