“Usually very happy at properties, but this one was not fun”
The location was good, but the exterior entry door was broken and they claimed it had been an issue before. In the bathroom there was loose hardware, and under the kitchen sink there was loose hardware where water had dripped through a hole in the cabinet. The sidewalk cement was crumbling in many places and at the edges, creating a safety hazard that seemed widespread across the property. The parking lot needed resurfacing. A generator was running, which was fine, but it sounded like it was on the verge of failing with its bearings. We rarely get a late checkout, but when we did it was approved, yet the key card didn’t work at the entry door or the room, so we had to return to the front desk where they explained it was a new system and could have told us about that.
