“GREAT STAY!! AMAZING HOSTS!! We will come back for sure, thank you Evelyn and team :)”

Summary of this review

The customer service from Evelyn and the team was amazing. The location is top tier and the overall check‑in/out experience was great—we would definitely return! The shower nozzle in Room 3 didn’t have a latch, so it always dangled straight to the floor, but there was another shower installed from the ceiling, which worked fine.

“Un Palazzo veneciano fantástico, en una ubicación única y tranquila”

It’s a well‑maintained palace, in a quiet location but close to many points of interest that are walkable.

“Abbiamo apprezzato molto potere dormire per una notte in una ampia camera stile veneziano”

The room was huge and welcoming. The central area is well served. The entrance needs renovation or at least to be made more usable, otherwise it looks shabby.

“Etapa 6,Venecia”

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were very friendly during check‑in. The bathroom is a bit rundown and needs a toilet and shower screen refurbishment.
