Nothing positive. The room was horrible—very old, peeling walls, cold, with poor, sparse furnishings. It didn’t even cost more than 10 euros.

The best part is the private parking included, and it’s only a 4‑minute walk to the metro station. Breakfast is simple but covers the basics, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small, the shower area is extremely tiny, and it’s shared with two other rooms.

Nulla purtroppo, avrei anche chiesto un rimborso ma il personale è troppo gentile ed educato e disponibile e potrei continuare solo con aggettivi positivi. The lady at reception is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a convenient private internal parking lot. It’s 30–40 minutes by metro from Rome’s center, and the stop is a 5‑minute walk away. The room is basic but has everything needed. Breakfast includes packaged items and hot drinks made on the spot. Nothing particularly serious.

The location was good—just a few stops from San Giovanni on the metro. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but everything was incredibly basic. A fresh coat of paint and some TLC would be welcome. Our first impression on arrival wasn’t great. The staff were lovely, and communication was fantastic both during booking and upon arrival. I think it’s time for a new decor and a freshen‑up so it doesn’t look so tired.
