“Guter Zwischenstopp in Bahnhofsnähe”
Modern, spacious rooms with comfortable furnishings – clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly. The proximity to the train station is a plus for travelers, easily reachable on foot, and the price‑performance is very good. Unfortunately it was very loud at night with people on the street, street cleaning and garbage collection. Those who know Naples understand how some streets and stairwells in older buildings can be in that condition – part of the city’s charm. The only important thing is to know that on the way to the hotel you have to walk a short stretch on a narrower street that tends to be cluttered and, especially later in the evening, populated by its own clientele. No need to panic – families with small children live in the building and would not stay if it were unsafe. But if you’re more anxious, you might want to look elsewhere.

The place was modern and the bed was comfy, but the hotel sits in a pretty unsafe area. In the mornings a crowded market full of people trying to rob you blocks the way in, and there's no staff on site—everything had to be handled via WhatsApp. When we arrived, they never told us to insert the key into a wall slot to turn on the lights, so we stayed in the dark because the girl never answered. On top of that, it's quite far from the city center.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, and the owner’s and staff’s availability and friendliness are great. Overall the stay went well, but a few things could be improved. The single bed was quite small and uncomfortable, and the mattress could use better maintenance. Breakfast options were limited to just coffee and a croissant; an alternative drink like orange juice would have been appreciated. The neighborhood felt a bit less pleasant and reassuring at night, partly because of the surrounding area’s cleanliness. With some tweaks in these areas, the experience could be even better.
