The garden had plenty of things to discover, and the staff were very warm and helpful. Breakfast and meals were excellent. The rooms weren’t well insulated against December rain and cold, and the finishing touches of the property need improvement.

I thank the whole team for being professional, smiling, and welcoming. I want to come back; the 24‑hour pool, pleasant breakfast, spacious room, and quiet, relaxing setting away from city noise were all great. The pool lounge chairs were dirty and worn, and a bar would be a plus.

The property is beautiful. The manager is unreachable and has no nerve to come and fix the problems. There were many issues such as multiple water and electricity outages, the rooms were not clean, shower pipes were clogged, the AC didn’t always work. When we asked for a refund, he replied, “that’s not my problem, deal with booking.”

Nothing. The staff tried to make it work but it was really bad. The place was unhygienic, poorly maintained, and the price didn’t match the quality—too expensive. I ended up leaving a day earlier than planned. An official complaint will follow.
