“Doesn’t meet Renaissance standard or more to say, Marriott Bonvoy standard.”

The concierge was helpful, but the restaurant, front desk, and room service left a lot to be desired.

“I will NEVER stay here again”

I liked that the hotel had a steakhouse and whiskey bar, yet we couldn’t use them because a “private party” was announced only when we tried to enter; the valet didn’t park our car and we had to do it ourselves, the room wasn’t cleaned and smelled moldy from the vents, and the Uber pickup spot was littered with trash.
