The accommodation was nice with a comfortable bed, a beautiful pool and good breakfast; train trips to Galle were easy; however, we can't recommend Ahangama during the rainy season and swimming in the sea was impossible.

The room was clean, spacious, the pool was spotless, the staff were friendly, it was close to cafés and the market, and the breakfasts were good; there were no negatives.

The hotel was great, located just around the corner from the main hotel; the staff were very friendly, the pool was nice and clean, and the breakfast had so much food.

The boutique hotel was very nice, only a few minutes walk from the main street; the rooms were very big and clean, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was huge, and the value was great—would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crown Breeze Hotel; we were greeted with a fresh coconut and could move into our rooms right away; the air‑conditioning worked wonderfully and there were no power outages; the rooms looked exactly as on the photos; there were many mosquitoes on the property but keeping the door closed kept them out; the room was deep‑cleaned once at our request and all towels were changed; breakfast was grandiose, and even though it officially ended at 10:00 we were allowed to eat later because we had booked surf lessons; we were surprised daily with new treats and often couldn't finish everything; the staff organized both a safari‑Yala and an airport transfer for us—everything worked perfectly; the pool was nice and there were loungers with umbrellas; anyone wanting to surf in Kabalana has to walk a good distance or take a tuk‑tuk, but that was no problem; in short, we were thrilled and would return. The shower in the pool area is currently not working, but the pool was always cleaned so that was fine; there are no mosquito nets in the rooms, so we brought our own and could attach them easily.
