Alles was das Kinderherz begehrt, aber das ebenerdige Zimmer ist nur für ein Kleinkind geeignet; mit Kindern ist es TOP (ich war allein mit Kind), aber das Ambiente für Erwachsene fehlt etwas.
“Tolles Kinderhotel”
A wonderful short trip! The soft play area, gym, etc. were great for the kids. The food tasted very good. The room was very spacious and clean. Bathrobes and towels were in the room. We could even check in much earlier. The staff were super friendly. The extra charge for lunch on the arrival day was too high for me.
I was a bit disappointed with the room size - I was expecting 42m2 but it was actually only 28m2, which felt pretty small.
Because it’s a family hotel, it was relatively quiet, which we liked. Getting four loungers at the pool after breakfast was never a problem. Having a fixed table in the restaurant was also pleasant, so we always had a seat no matter when we arrived. A menu waited at the table for every meal, with the Aigolino Club program, excursion tips, and weather forecast in the morning. Lunch and dinner had menus, and at night a good‑night story was also on the table. The buffet wasn’t the largest, but it was varied, tasty, and high quality; here they focus on class rather than quantity. There were bathrobes, flip‑flops, and plenty of towels for each guest, which could also be taken to the pool. The kids were well occupied by the Aigolino Club and the IWall in the basement. Extra kudos to the staff who took care of our son when he hurt his head (he simply tripped over his own feet). Super first aid, and many employees showed genuine concern for our child’s condition. We can definitely recommend Aigo to people looking for peace, good food, and child entertainment. Because the hotel is very remote, I would have liked more evening entertainment—maybe bingo, karaoke, live music, etc. With older children, it’s a shame that nothing exciting happens at night. Since the hotel advertises all‑inclusive, I would have liked a larger beverage selection; there are only juices, water, and hot drinks. A few soft drinks and 1–2 beers would be nice, and it would be great if they were also available at the pool, not just in the restaurant. Finally, the cake time is too close to lunch; a window of 14:30–16:00 would be better.

We had an enjoyable stay at the family hotel AIGO. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Our request for a sofa bed instead of a bunk bed was handled smoothly—thanks again. The bathing area is very well designed and ideal for families. The adult‑only area with sauna is also cozy and inviting. The large gym and soft play area were a real highlight for our kids (3 and 7 years). In the evenings, the cinema with a good movie selection wrapped up the day perfectly. Overall a great hotel, especially for families with younger children. A small criticism concerns the afternoon snack. The cake buffet is only from 14:00 to 15:00 and ends exactly with check‑in. Our kids were looking forward to it. The hotel kindly offered them an ice cream as a replacement—thanks for that. Still, better timing coordination would be desirable. The food was overall good. Breakfast offers everything needed, but no special highlights. Lunch and dinner also tasted fine. For the total price we expected a bit more—value for money didn’t fully convince us. The cinema starts daily only at 19:30. Outside holiday season, an earlier start would be sensible for families with schoolchildren. For older kids there are overall few activities. We were also surprised that activities like bowling, air hockey, or darts, as well as ordered drinks, are extra even with an all‑inclusive stay.
