The apartments were tastefully designed, had a big balcony and a fully equipped kitchen, plus two TVs, making them suitable for a family with three kids; this was our second stay and the staff, especially Lian, the deputy front‑desk manager, took wonderful care of us. The room wasn’t cleaned despite us pressing the service button, and while I’m sure a call would have sent someone right away, we didn’t want any interruption.
Excellent.
The manager, Revital, looked after us superbly and Chris was a great help at the pool, making sure nobody misbehaved; the lifeguards were professional. The only issue was a constant shortage of towels at the pool.

The place was clean and new, and the parking in Eilat was a given. Two pools, one regular and the other for kids, were great. The only downside was that there weren't two separate sofas for children, just one pull‑out sofa.

Unfortunately the room was really cramped and the maintenance level didn’t match the number of people passing through the rooms, apparently. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and not at all stable.
