“Breakfast and a smile.”
The staff were friendly, always greeting you with a smile and making sure you had everything you needed, and the breakfast selection was great! However, the hallways and elevators get extremely hot and uncomfortable whenever you come to and from your room; there was some mold in the shower in our room and hair left behind the bathroom door and toilet.
It’s close to everything you need, but the pool was closed.
We were greeted warmly by the staff, especially Ms. Martha, and the rooms were spotless and very accommodating; we had a great time and would recommend it.
The rooms were nice and the location was easy to get to, but the pool was small and the outside courtyard was also small, though still acceptable.
The showers were actually hot! We were offered water at check‑in as well. I’ll say if coffee is offered at all hours they need to be checked for temperature regularly, so when I went it was room temperature at best. Loud neighbors, but that can’t be helped.
