The historic hotel offered excellent accommodations, an amazing location, a well‑maintained farm, and great food. The staff cared for guests, and the highlight was a professional entertainer who guided our stay and played with our little one. Uncle Petter was sensational. I highly recommend!

The historic place provided good comfort, friendly and helpful staff, a spacious and quiet setting with pleasant green nature, and several preserved historical items that gave the environment a special feel. The à‑la‑carta dining options were limited.

The rooms were large, comfortable, with rustic décor that fit the farm‑hotel vibe. The staff were very attentive, from reception to restaurant and recreation. A historian shared the hotel’s history, ending with a gathering. Meals offered many options for all tastes, including an afternoon snack. The shower had very low pressure, making showers longer.9

The Fazenda Ponte Alta feels like a living piece of Brazil’s past, with a neatly arranged museum showcasing coffee‑era artifacts from the Imperial period, plus relics and photos of Getúlio Vargas visits. Historian Roberto led an unmissable guided tour, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. My 93‑year‑old father received great care and patience from everyone, especially Adriana and Maiane, who greeted us and tended to our needs. Our two‑bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spotless, and despite being surrounded by greenery we never noticed any insects inside the property.

It was one of the best wedding anniversaries we’ve had in recent years. We were lucky to be the only guests at the lodge; service was flawless from booking and reception (Adriana and Patrícia) to waiters Lucas and Vítor, and Eduardo guided us through Ponte Alta coffee farm history. The lunch and dinner menus were varied and tasty. The suite was gorgeous. We immersed ourselves in Brazil’s late 19th and 20th‑century history. I have nothing to complain about.
