I didn’t get any breakfast as described in the listing. The rooms—when I asked for a change after the first one, the receptionist said all were the same and that she would give me the one from Booking—were all smoking rooms. The ashtray was even on the nightstand, and everything smelled of cigarettes; that night was a real ordeal. The room was filthy: unvacuumed floors, hair from previous guests everywhere, and walls covered in flaking paint. Insects and flies were everywhere. I’ll never stay there again; I need to forget this experience as quickly as possible.
The location was fine, but the beds and pillows were hopeless. The TV was the size of a monitor, there was no kettle, and you couldn’t make coffee or tea.
