The guy who checked us in was really nice, and the late‑night shift guy was also nice; the man in between seemed like the owner or at least a close relative. The air conditioner leaked water inside the room, which I didn’t notice until it soaked the bag where I had my computer. Check‑out is at 11:00, yet the day‑shift person unlocked my door and walked in just after 10:00, then returned at 10:30 to ask if we were checking out while my children were still in the room and he didn’t even knock. The floor appeared neither mopped nor swept for a long time. I recorded video of the room and the dripping AC just in case he tried to blame us.

The location and staff were good, but the room wasn’t thoroughly clean: the toilet was dirty, the floors had debris, the shower curtain was dirty and needed changing, there was hair on the bathroom floor corner, water spots on the dresser from a cup where the TV sits, and the bed was only okay. It was hot because the AC wasn’t on.

“Frustrating”

I needed yogurt and fresh fruit, which was fine, but room 203 was a mess: the bathtub rim had cigarette burns and was dirty and stained, the front door locks weren't working, and the air conditioner was very noisy even though it worked. The Tolit was not well secured to the floor and kept wobbling.
