“Great stay and great value”
The check‑in was smooth, the room came fully equipped, and the price was a good deal. The bed felt a bit too firm, but that didn’t bother me much.

The price was reasonable, but getting there from the highway was a hassle. Noise from the hallway and the AC made it uncomfortable, and the building looked run‑down and old. At least it was only a single night.

We left in just 10 minutes, and the room had a strong urine odor.

I think repeat guests who spend with this company during tough economic times deserve occasional perks. I liked my stay, but everything felt a little pricey for what it was.

Nothing positive. I found a live cockroach in the room, the place smelled awful right when I entered, and the credit‑card readers didn’t work at check‑in—absolutely the worst hotel experience of my adult life. I won’t stay at any Comfort Inn again. When checking out, we had to call the police to get a receipt from the clerk who said he’d mail one, even though it was clear we paid directly to the hotel. The same clerk handled both check‑in and check‑out.
