“Beautiful”
Central to Mornington Peninsula, very family‑friendly, and the interior is clean. No issues—everything worked well. The boom gates were a little quirky, but the manager handed me a spare key.

The place was nice and clean, exactly what we needed for a short stay.

Kids enjoyed the free facilities, but the Wi‑Fi was lacking.

Cleanliness, location, and service were excellent, yet there was a bit of noise from the road.

I appreciated the facilities and the room was tidy; it was close enough to restaurants, and the free packet of TimTams was a lovely touch. Everything we needed for a few days was in the room, and it was good for kids to stay and play outdoors. However, the reception hours were quite short, the main bed felt a little small for two adults, and the heat pump emitted a faint odd smell when it was on.
