It was a nice, clean and quiet place, but the control of the heat and air was a bit complicated.

“Convenient and comfortable”

Staff were all super friendly, check‑in and check‑out were easy, we barely heard any other guests, and the beds were super soft; the personalized TV was a hit. Parking could have been a little bigger, and neighborhood kids kept trying to get in.

I stay at this location whenever I'm in the Grand Rapids area; it’s always a great stay. Nothing I can think of is wrong—it's always clean, quiet, and the staff are always helpful.

Good location, clean, comfortable beds. Check‑out is 11 am; before 10:30 the maid was knocking on our door telling us to check out. Just before 11 am I was starting to put stuff in the car and she was asking again to get in there. We left right at 11 am per hotel policy.
