How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The property was spotless and matched the photos exactly. The location was also ideal. Host Mari was very friendly, took time to explain everything, offered restaurant and bar suggestions, and was always ready to answer any questions. She even helped with our luggage when we checked out but had a few hours before heading to our next destination. I would definitely recommend this place and would rebook if I return to Naples. Thank you, Mari, for your hospitality!

The room quality and location were great, but the breakfast was not up to par.

The location is fantastic, just 50 m from the water. The service from the host was very friendly and helpful. Maria suggested good restaurants. The rooms are very nice and clean, with everything you need, even shoehorns and umbrellas. Coffee and tea are available in the room. The beds are 140 cm wide in two of the rooms. There are blackout curtains. A little traffic noise. I have stayed there several times and give my highest recommendation. Nothing to complain about!

Excellent location, very well kept, spotless, and fully equipped. The staff is completely available for any need. I greatly appreciated the abundance of pillows, which is essential when sleeping away from home and allows for comfortable rest. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom lighting via photocell. It feels very inconvenient to have the bright light on when using the bathroom at night or just after waking up; I would suggest an alternative that lets guests control the light themselves.

The location is exceptional and the cleanliness is superlative! The room décor is also very original. The packaged breakfast does not really suit a property of this kind; a few warm croissants would have been appreciated. The owner warned us that, for legal reasons, only packaged breakfast was possible, but if others offer fresh breakfasts… there must be a reason.
