The breakfast was the best I've had anywhere; the breakfast and desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the service was good. It was fairly quiet, except for the usual guests who forget about others. The bathroom sink drained slowly, as if backed up, but it was usable, just not great. No other problems; nothing to dislike.

The location, staff, and breakfast were all fabulous! The bathroom was dated, stained, and a bit rusty compared to the rest of the room.

The location was great for all shops and interstates. Breakfast was good enough. The staff were very friendly. The room was very tired. The bathroom needs upgrades. The beds weren’t comfy at all. Elevator buttons kept sticking. The pool never had towels out. Overall it felt like a very tired venue. I hated the smoking outside in areas so close to doors. The staff also sat by the pool to smoke, which was very unpleasant. Also, I need to query a post‑checkout charge that has now appeared; we stayed 4 days and paid upfront, so seeing a charge after we left for something we didn’t purchase is concerning.
