The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to help us. The place only has 4 parking spaces, which isn’t shown at the time of booking. Because parking is limited it should be reflected on their site, but the staff went out of their way to adjust cars so that ours could be parked there.

I missed the local‑resident policy when booking, yet the reservation was accepted and confirmed, so I’m asking for a full refund of ₹919.77 because I was turned away at the door. I’m making this request politely and sincerely, as I need the money to book another place today. I’ll let my experience with this property shape whether I recommend it or stay with the chain again.
