I loved everything! I was well attended, warmly welcomed by the host, who was very attentive, caring, and affectionate—she’s amazing! I’ll definitely book again because it’s worth it. I’ve told everyone to reserve this place. I adored it ❤️

“Pior apartamento, furada , e é compartilhado.”

First, the apartment is shared and that wasn’t clear in the listing. When we arrived, the host didn’t give us a number; she told us it was shared, but she said she’d leave the house, yet she was in the apartment at the end of the day. The kitchen had leftover food in the sink and the whole place was messy. The AC didn’t work and the apartment didn’t ventilate; there was a bad smell from the trash. We left the same day and tried to find a hotel, but the host and her daughter (the guest) wouldn’t refund us. The daughter blocked WhatsApp and stopped communicating. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

“Não houve estadia”

I booked, but when I got there the place was closed and no one was there to welcome me. I called the host several times with no response. I had to scramble for another place because I had an evening commitment. I want a refund of the amount paid.

“CUIDADO, GOLPE!”

Terrible service. I paid with Pix, couldn’t find the location, and didn’t receive the full address. The host didn’t answer calls and was dismissive on WhatsApp, saying she’d received my cancellation request but didn’t cancel, holding my money because she needed it for another booking. I got a refund through the platform. Places like this should be banned; it’s a scam, they should be ashamed!
