Getting to the subway from inside the hotel was a breeze. The staff went above and beyond to help with anything, and the food was excellent, with restaurant staff providing service that was even better than expected. The hotel was very quiet and the overall service was amazing and cheerful. The only minor issues were the small microwave and slightly firmer pillows, but nothing serious.

The staff were attentive, polite, and friendly. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right next to the TCAT coach bus to Narita or Haneda, with the train station below. I arrived early and requested early check‑in, which they accommodated, and the same was true for late check‑out. No negatives.
