The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be – but the rest left a lot to be desired. When I got there they’d messed up the date, so my room wasn’t ready and I was shifted into another unit on the same floor. The pool was always filthy, so I never used it, and over a two‑week stay they never changed the sheets; I asked for fresh ones and only got towels the next day.
