The host was fantastic and the apartment matched the photos perfectly—well equipped and exactly as described. The spot is ideal for exploring Cortona by a short drive or heading to Lake Trasimeno in 20‑35 minutes. The pool area is lovely and the green surroundings keep it very quiet. Just a heads‑up: bring mosquito nets for the bedroom in summer—nothing the apartment could do about it.

We returned to Agroturismo II Borgo for a second visit, and the place still looks stunning, overlooking Cortona and serving as a solid base for Tuscany adventures. Our apartment was spacious, stylishly decorated, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. It was a fantastic stay, and we’re definitely coming back.

Very beautiful and well maintained. The welcome was excellent. Unfortunately, on the same days we encountered a group of families with children who used the facilities with little respect for others.

We spent six wonderful days there; the property is gorgeous, well situated and surrounded by greenery. The pool was very comfortable, and we never missed anything—we could relax after touring the area in the air‑conditioned rooms, in the shaded gazebo, or by the pool. Communication with the property manager was excellent.
