The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, which was a big relief.
The location was perfect – right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The staff were genuinely warm and friendly, always willing to lend a hand or answer questions.
The free breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good variety of options – and the staff member taking care of breakfast was particularly friendly.

“I was embarrassed bc I fell not being able to use my wheelchair”
Our room was hot and the air conditioning didn’t work well. The room was so small I couldn’t move around in my wheelchair and even fell, even though it was a handicap room. The space and air were disappointing.

The staff was amazing in every way, but the desk was a little dirty.
