How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was spot‑on: the location in nature yet close to Baia Mare, the owner’s friendliness and accessibility, the apartment’s cleanliness, order, décor, the little extras like a chocolate box for the kids, and the overall gear; the outdoor area was great too. I’d definitely come back. The only downside was that there was no washing machine, but I already knew that before booking.

Everything was awesome—modern, fully equipped kitchen, spotless clean‑up, the host was very friendly and left us a freezer of ice cream. The yard was super clean, a wood‑and‑charcoal grill, a big fire pit, and we didn’t even need a wine rack.

Erstmals muss ich sagen, dass der Besitzer der Unterkunft außerordentlich gastfreundlich, nett und hilfsbereit ist. Bei Ankunft hat er unserer Tochter ein Eis angeboten und uns ein Willkommen Getränk. Wir durften sein Standup Paddel jeden Tag benutzen (was nicht selbstverständlich ist). Herr B. spricht sogar perfekt deutsch !!! Das Haus (Doppelhaushälfte mit 2 Schlafzimmern oben, jedes mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und Bad, sowie auch einer Küche mit Ess-Wohbereich im EG inkl. Balkon und WC) ist top ausgestattet und sehr gut gepflegt, direkt an dem sehr schönen Bodi See (2 Minuten fußläufig zur erreichen), in ruhiger Lage, mitten im Wald. Natur pur ! Vor dem Haus ist ein Grillplatz mit Hollywoodschaukel. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Sebastian

The location was great, the house comfy, spacious, very clean and modernly fitted. The beds were super comfy. The host was welcoming. We’ll definitely return. The interior stairs were a bit noisy.
