The continental breakfast is an amazing idea. The rooms are not kept up; the room and bathroom are disgusting. You can see the dust, the middle blanket had holes, and the room smelled. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the shower curtain was disgusting. I had to go to the front desk to actually change it out and get towels and wash rags. How do you forget to put that in a bathroom?

The front desk staff were nice, but the room was sooooo bad. It was late, we were tired, so I kept thinking I could do one night despite the hole in the bathroom door, the shower curtain that wouldn’t shut so the floor got soaked, the lamp shade that ducked tapped together, the sticky floor. I pulled the sheet down, it was clean, so I was like I can do this, then I lay down and the mattress had a permanent dip where a 10000 person must have slept. Then we looked up and the stucco ceiling had dust bunny all over it. No choice at this moment we got our coats and slept a few hours with them over our heads. Never again.

The location was fine. Kids screamed all night, people slammed doors upstairs above me sounded like people bouncing off the floor. Also the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom was dirty, and 2 electric outlets didn’t work. I could have slept in the car and saved the 150$.

The person at the front desk gave us our “room card” during check‑in and later that night we came back to enter our room. You see a bunch of people inside the room! I was livid. Imagine if my daughters and I were sleeping and random people walked into our room during the night! I went back to the front desk and had to ask for another room and then I asked to make sure it was not occupied. Never again. Horrible experience, super dirty and just needs to be torn down! The guy never apologized or even said sorry or took accountability of what he did.

The location was good… comfortable bed. Breakfast was bad, and the other room I booked had a TV that didn’t work and a fridge.
