I give the Spa Guesthouse a 10/10; it’s family‑run and everyone was kind and helpful, always greeting you with a smile, there was no noise, my bed was so comfortable, and this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Jomtien—I'll stay here again for sure, a big thank you to everyone at the hotel, and there is nothing to dislike.

The room was fine, with a comfortable bed, air‑conditioning and a TV that had Netflix. The cleaning never happened during the week; after four days I met the cleaner who was supposed to come the next day, but she never did. Reception told me to hang a note on the door, yet there was no such note in the room, which was incomprehensibly poor.
A clean room, everything working, 7/11 just around the corner. The massage salon is downstairs. It can get a bit noisy in the morning from motorcyclists and trucks on the road, though the street is secondary.

Central to the beach, massage, restaurants and bars in Jomtien. Quiet street. Good and safe vibe in the building. Very clean and well maintained. Everything is in order. Large room with beds, sofa, office space, chairs and table, towels, fridge and kettle. Soap, shampoo and toilet paper in the bathroom. Warm water in the shower, AC and Wi‑Fi work, and two small balconies. Friendly staff. We accidentally broke a glass; we were politely asked to pay for it. The price list is in the drawer, showing the cost of damages. I recommend this motel. The only small detail: no elevator in the building. It’s heavy to walk up the stairs with a sore foot.
