We were able to change the room on site without any problems, which was useful because the top floor isn’t suitable for large people; otherwise everything was great.

The kitchen was really good, with excellent dinner and breakfast. Our group ordered afternoon coffee and cake and received a beautifully set coffee table with tempting cakes. I stayed in a room in the annex; at night the path through the garden was so dark that I feared falling. My complaint to the hotel was ignored, so I had to walk back to my room in the dark the next day. The hotel charges 8 € for room cleaning during the stay, which is rarely requested. The shower had mold on the rubber of the inner sliding door, and the hotel did not care about that complaint either.
