C U Again Hostel

“THE ENTIRE SERVICE AT CU AGAIN HOSTEL IS BAD”

I found the room cramped and poorly maintained, designed to hold 8 people but lacking space for personal items, with a dirty appearance and no towels, and no privacy between beds. The check‑in at 07:00 pm was inconvenient, and there was no free storage for early arrivals unless you paid. The doors and décor felt outdated, and there was no common area to sit outside the dorm. Sheets weren’t changed daily, and the building’s congestion caused long lift queues. Compared to other dorm‑style hostels I've stayed at abroad, CU again hostel had the worst service, leaving me strongly dissatisfied and not recommending it to anyone.

“Horrible”

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in; it was filthy, infested with bugs, and smelled terrible. There was no ventilation and no soap provided. The vibe was odd, especially as a solo female traveler, and I felt extremely unsafe.

“I regret booking it”

Nothing good at all. The place was horrible, and the staff were awful. On top of all the problems, there was smoke in the (non‑smoking) rooms and the mattresses smelled like pee—disgusting. I understand small spaces in HK can be pricey, but it doesn’t have to be filthy. The staff even told a guest next to me, who was surprised that check‑out was at 9 AM, “fuck you if you don’t like it” 🤯🤯🤯

The site should state whether it’s an all‑men’s hostel. I was traveling alone and felt uncomfortable because every tenant was male.
