The staff were extremely friendly, and both the rooms and facilities were impeccably clean.

Breakfast and the room ambience were good, and the place was clean, but the front‑desk staff in the morning were too greedy. When we asked for a one‑hour late checkout because a family member had fallen ill from too much traveling, she insisted we buy a membership. We had to leave on time, then went to the nearest restaurant and paused our journey for a couple of hours until the person felt better.

I slept well in the room but missed breakfast; otherwise everything was perfect.

The hotel was very clean and offered great, safe parking. The room that my sister and I finally received was spacious and quiet, which was reassuring with a big storm approaching. Our first interaction with the front‑desk associate that evening was not pleasant; she had no smile and seemed to look us over rather than at us. After receiving the door card, we discovered it didn’t work on our originally reserved room because someone else had already been given that room. We returned to the front desk and explained the situation to the same associate, who then realized the mistake and promptly gave us a different room on another floor, apologizing for the inconvenience. That quick fix was the only drawback. When we checked out the next morning, the front‑desk associate was spectacular—she greeted us with a warm smile, asked if we slept well, and truly represented the hotel well.
