The staff were very helpful, but the balcony door’s bottom has a 25 mm gap, letting mice crawl into the room and roam around all night, disturbing everyone.

The man at the front desk helped move the suitcase up and down, but the woman there is extremely irritating, rude, and unclear about what she wants from guests. The hotel lacks cold water; taps and showers only dispense hot water. The beds feel stone‑like, and on the balcony there are three blocks of AC units that make noise and blow hot air, making it impossible to step out. The hotel claims there are no stairs to the elevator, yet the entrance from the garage has many steps before reaching the lift. There’s no duvet cover, the room is under‑furnished, and there’s no water or toothbrush. The hand towel is too small for bathing and looks old.

The accommodation is close to the airport and directly opposite a park, so it’s quite cool. The air conditioning isn’t very cold, and a hot spot on the balcony is exposed without curtains, so the wind blows hot air in. During our stay the water heater broke, leaving no hot water for showers.

The reception’s English could be better. There’s no water pressure and no hot water. The bed was hard, the TV too small, and we had to carry our bags up to the sixth floor.

The air conditioning isn’t powerful enough.
