“Lovely home-stay style hotel, with the cosiest rooms and a delicious home-cooked breakfast!”

This was one of the coziest stays in North Macedonia; the room was clean and comfortable and close enough to Ohrid town to explore during the day, and the mother’s homemade breakfast every morning felt instantly familiar and cosy. The downside was that the room didn’t have Wi‑Fi—only the one across the little bridge did—so the connection was spotty, but we didn’t mind, using the time to unplug and relax.

We had a fantastic stay; you can tell a lot of love went into building the place, and the owners are genuinely warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is delicious, made with fresh, local ingredients, and Lake Ohrid and the surrounding area are beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay here to everyone!

What a truly wonderful stay! ❤️ The château is absolutely beautiful, but what made our experience so special was the incredible warmth and kindness of the owners. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the hospitality was second to none — a genuine 10/10! We felt completely at home, as if we were staying with friends rather than away from home. Even our dog seemed to know he was somewhere special and had an amazing time too! 🐾 There is also plenty of parking available, which makes everything even more convenient. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel this comfortable and cared for. We left with wonderful memories and would wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful château to anyone looking for a special and welcoming place to stay. We would love to return! ❤️. Leaving 😀

It was amazing, especially the hospitality and warmth that were overwhelming. The breakfast was delicious and the place was dream‑like beautiful. No complaints.

A beautiful spot, though the host doesn’t speak English, she’s very attentive and does her best to help. The room was great and the breakfast excellent. Everything is kids‑friendly and it feels like home!
