The food was excellent, especially the regional dishes, and the many relaxation options meant I never had trouble finding a spot around the pools and the like; however, the price‑to‑value ratio was not optimal for a stay in mid‑October.

The location is excellent with a great view, but the staff lack warmth; the reception was cold and stiff, and the checkout was also unprofessional. The rooms are completely outdated and need urgent renovation. There is a lot of noise everywhere, and the entire quiet and wellness area is overrun by small children.

The location is dreamy! Breakfast is very good, dinner varies. The spa is exceptionally beautiful. However, it’s a kids’ hotel with no area reserved solely for adults. Unsupervised toddlers are in all the pools. The outdoor whirlpool with massage jets, meant for adults, had to be locked, dismantled, and cleaned because it was soiled by children. Toddlers with swim fins jump into the whirlpool for hours, and the indoor whirlpool was flooded multiple times.

The property is gorgeous and well maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel personally cared for even in a large hotel. The room was spotless and modern, the wellness facilities were great, and the lakeside location with its view is unbeatable. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, and I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.
