Nothing was good; everything was pathetic. The hotel room was not up to the mark, and a false review was posted on Google. The dining area and food were bad, the sofa and chairs in the dining area and rooms were poorly cleaned, the bed smelled, wifi was terrible, and the food was unappetizing. Breakfast offered only puri with tasteless sabji; idli tasted like maida, not rice, and the oats were sticky and unpalatable. I urge travelers not to consider this place until they can find anything better within this price range. The staff were unqualified to run a hotel. Baki ishwar ki marji… aaplog dekh lena… it's my opinion.

Nothing, as the booking was cancelled last minute. The experience was horrible: the hotel cancelled the booking at the last minute and there was no customer service to resolve the issue. I reached my destination and had to search for accommodation. I will not recommend your portal to anyone.

“Enjoy haridwar with super relaxation”

“Quite a good hotel …”

Despite its unattractive location, this hotel has a lot to offer. Once inside, it's surprisingly quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and good air conditioning. There was plenty of hot water, and breakfast was decent. However, the hotel needs to pay more attention to the little things, like cleaning the carpets and sweeping the balcony. With a bit more effort, it could be a great place to stay.
