The room was clean and met the needs for a short stay; staff were excellent, very helpful and provided great service. Breakfast was simple but worthwhile. The location is perfect for shoppers, with easy access to 25 de Março via the hotel’s street entrance, which is a big convenience. At night, though, the historic centre of São Paulo can be quite intense, so we stayed at the hotel to attend an event at the Mosteiro de São Bento, 500 m away, and opted for an Uber on that short trip to avoid any mishaps. The doors lack acoustic insulation, so throughout the night we heard hallway traffic, door slams, conversations, and shouting. The elevator needs refurbishment.

The place was fairly clean, though I wish the air‑conditioning ran more quietly, and the location was convenient; however, the front hall felt cramped, the breakfast was very basic, the lift looked ancient, the corridors were cluttered with several shopping boxes, and people were walking around the hall late at night.

Staff were outstanding—very polite, helpful, and communicative, especially the reception guys who were a delight, and the kitchen and cleaning crews were also lovely. The location is convenient for those wanting to stay near 25 de Março. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and a smart TV; only a minibar was missing, but that didn’t stop us from having a great stay. We plan to return many times.
