Honestly, there was nothing good. The breakfast was not on time; for five days there was only one type of jam, no dark rolls—just soggy toast, and the toaster was terrible, only toasting one side and taking three minutes for one slice. The coffee machine’s water tank was constantly empty and too small for so many people; there was no cocoa for kids, and it was not on time. We left a day earlier than planned. The room was too small, and it should have been noted that the bed was so close to the hallway that we kept bumping into it when going to the bathroom—something I’ve never experienced before.

The stay was great because the hotel sits right next to the Home Credit Arena, so I didn’t have to drive anywhere. The room was decent, complete with a fridge, kettle and hair dryer, which was really handy. The furniture and bathroom were a bit dated but worked fine. We were assigned a room right next to the entrance, which was a little annoying at night because every time someone passed by, a knock would ring. In the morning it was noisy, but at night it was quiet. Breakfast was simple yet sufficient, with any missing items being added. Overall, a solid choice if you’re heading to the arena for an event. The only downside was the knocks when the front door was closed.

The environment, parking, and room were all good. After the concert, breakfast service was lacking because there wasn’t enough staff for the larger crowd. The Bistro Arena was closed.

The juice was just colored water and the bread was old and hard. In the surrounding area, homeless people were sleeping, and there was only one elevator that was always full.
