I arrived at the end of the season and was the only guest. The caretaker welcomed me extremely well and was very helpful. Thank you.
“最高!一生の思い出が出来た!”
The French owner was a stylish gentleman, handling everything quickly and with such Japanese‑level hospitality that it amazed me; when things went wrong he helped sincerely, even arranging a birthday celebration for a friend—thanks! Stepping out of the riad felt like entering a parallel world, escaping the chaotic, bike‑filled streets of Marrakech for a quiet, relaxed space; breakfast changed daily and tiny birds would visit, and the smiling young hotel staff brightened my stay, so I’d definitely recommend staying multiple nights to truly appreciate the riad. On the flip side, you need to understand Morocco’s plumbing quirks: there’s no bathroom door, so you have to stay close to the wall while showering or the sink floods, and you must remember not to flush toilet paper.
This hotel was such a great experience for our first days in Morocco. The location is excellent — only about a 5‑minute walk to the main attractions, and the area felt very safe even at night. We saw many local women and families with children walking around nearby in the evening, which made the atmosphere feel very comfortable and welcoming. The taxi drop‑off point is also convenient, with only a short 5‑minute walk to the hotel. The interior design is understated, modern, and elegant. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. One detail I especially appreciated as a woman traveler was the availability of cotton swabs, makeup pads, and other small female‑friendly amenities — honestly something I rarely saw during my time in Morocco, and it made the stay feel extra considerate. The staff were incredibly warm and genuine. You could really feel their happiness and hospitality came from the heart rather than just professional service. Breakfast was also delicious and very generous, with plenty of options to start the day well. I would especially recommend this place for anyone visiting Morocco for the first time. It gave us a very smooth, comfortable, and welcoming start to the trip.
“Super séjour à Marrakech !”
The location is perfect for walking around the city. Cédric and Nordine are available and attentive, always ready to give us information and good addresses. The option to book a taxi to the airport is a plus. The breakfast is full with fresh products. Dining on site is nice after a busy day of sightseeing! We ate on the terrace, which was very pleasant. The Riad is decorated with a lot of taste. We recommend it, you can go there with your eyes closed! Nothing negative.
The Riad Al Nubala is stunning and the hosts are very welcoming. Thanks again to Cédric for his availability. Everything was perfect.
