How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was perfect—staff, location, breakfast, room size, and the nice design and furnishings of the lobby, corridor, and room—but the entrance to the building and elevator were disappointing, and the room had no window (which we knew beforehand, so it’s okay).

The hotel sits in a great spot, the housekeeping did a solid job, and the staff were courteous and helpful. We stayed in a spacious room that felt comfortable. Breakfast stayed open until 12 PM, which was very convenient and set a relaxed tone. The only downside was construction on the upper floors during the day, which made some noise, but we were out most of the day so it didn’t bother us.

The location is in the very center, just a 2‑minute walk from Republic Square. The staff are friendly and the place stays clean. However, everything feels very Chinese—furniture, bedding, and the like—so despite the hotel’s relatively young age, it looks worn out. For a property like this, the price is too high.
