“Different than expected, staff not great”
I wasn’t told about breakfast and only found out after checkout when I checked the confirmation; the location is good and close to a variety of restaurants. Having never stayed in a long‑term stay, I didn’t know what to expect. The staff weren’t communicative or forthcoming with information. When I asked for a luggage cart it felt like a big favor, and I had to practically beg for a late checkout. I didn’t know about breakfast until after checkout, and the front‑desk staff at multiple hours, even over the phone, were kind of rude. The room smelled like food when I arrived, and the A/C didn’t cool enough.
