We liked the chalet and the common area of the lodge. It’s great for families or friends. There was no breakfast. The bed was located under the stairs.

The setting was cozy, the experience was different, organized with care and attention. Having a hammock, a sofa‑bed and many pillows with two double beds made the space welcoming and offered many options for body and mind rest. The host was also available by phone and helped with the destination. The family chalet experience was wonderful! Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The setting was beautiful and cozy, well organized and comfortable, but we ran into a lot of black ants that bit me and left little bumps. Water was missing (luckily only on the last day), and the biggest issue was other guests from nearby chalets who didn't respect quiet hours, blasting loud music, running kids, and shouting at us even during bedtime. Because of that, we couldn't use the pool; the noisy, drunken people stayed there all the time. We had chosen this spot for a peaceful break away from the city, but that didn’t happen.

I loved everything. The chalet is gorgeous, the leisure options are excellent, the staff are very helpful, and security is perfect. Highly recommend; I’ll be back.
