The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were very good, and the location was great; the room was small but had everything needed, and the garden view was just okay.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious, but I didn’t get housekeeping one day and the disabled parking wasn’t managed well.

Position in Padstow, easy access to the village. All in all, it was good and we will rebook next time

The staff were lovely, the location was great, and the decor throughout was beautiful; I couldn’t park in the hotel carpark because a coach was blocking the entrance, so I had to use a town car park and haul my luggage uphill.

The staff’s quality and the little extras that you don’t always get elsewhere were impressive; the lift was not the fastest, but that was the only fault I could find.
