The room was spacious for a B&B hotel. Breakfast was sufficient, varied, and good. The city center was very easy to reach on foot.

The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the TV in the room was broken; the front‑desk employee offered to waive the parking fee on his own – very helpful, proactive, and straightforward. Breakfast was solid, only the breakfast area felt a bit cramped. The location is good, a bit noisy at the back – but that’s just how it is! Could they perhaps offer regional beers in the snack and drink machine? That would be nice – Beck’s and Warsteiner are really bad 😄, Tannenzäpfle are at least original. Why not a solid Krombacher or something regional like Watzdorfer, Ehringsdorfer, Rosenpils or Köstritzer?

The check‑in worked great thanks to the door code, the room was very nice and clean, the hotel is very central, breakfast is tasty and balanced, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The downside was that our room faced a busy street so we had to sleep with the windows closed; next time we’ll book a rear‑side room.

I liked the location close to the city center, the staff were friendly and let us check in an hour early, the check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, the decor was modern, and it was pleasantly quiet.
